"I was so fortunate to have found Ilya to help me purchase my first buy-and-hold investment property. As my Realtor, he helped me find the right townhouse in one of the hottest rental areas in Morrisville, NC. Since I live in New Jersey, Ilya acted as my eyes on the local market. He visited the   property, shot video and took pictures while there.  After his visits, we would discuss the opportunity and decide if we wanted to proceed with an offer. Once our offer was accepted, he handled each and every step of the process from home inspection to negotiating repairs (all of the repairs on our list ended up being accepted by the sellers) to the very closing date. He even found a person to be my Power of Attorney so I didn't have to fly to the closing.
